It is an annual conference highlighting invention and new developments in engineering, science, and technology. Moreover, the conference recognized Latin America's top 35 innovators under the age of 35.

  • Fulbright Seminar. Innovations in Civic Engagement: Harnessing Data for the Public Good

    This Fulbright Seminar is sponsored by the U.S. Department of State with funding provided by the U.S. government, administered by IIE. The seminar explored cases where big data, collected through mobile apps, for example, has been used as a resource for positive change and development. Moreover, the seminar included visits to companies, government offices, and research sites to hear how public-private partnerships are shaping initiatives that respond to some of society's most pressing issues.
